What is EOV?
EOV is an outcome-based monitoring protocol for grassland environments. It provides a holistic assessment of ecosystem health, evaluating leading (above ground) and lagging (above and below) indicators. Each indicator tells us something about the four ecosystem processes and how well they are functioning.
Why EOV?
EOV is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It is contextually relevant. Designed to encourage learning and knowledge transfer, EOV educates farmers about restoring the land by making small, consistent changes. EOV is a global protocol.

Verification
EOV is the science that supports Savory’s Land to Market programme, which aims to differentiate products from EOV-verified land bases.
If EOV data indicates land regeneration, products derived from that land base may apply to carry the Land to Market Verified seal.
